World’s sexiest swimmer Andreea Dragoi looks sizzling in slinky dress as fans call college star a ‘beautiful mermaid’

COLLEGE swimming sensation Andreea Dragoi has wowed fans in her latest glamorous Instagram snaps.

A star of San Jose State’s swim team, the 20-year-old is also an up-and-coming model.

Dragoi demonstrated her modeling skills in a recent post on her Instagram story, posing in a stunning sleek red dress for selfies.

This follows a series of events that saw her reach new heights in her budding modeling career.

In September, Dragoi headed for New York for the annual Fashion Week where she wowed working for Heritage India Fashions and Krissy King.

One such ensemble saw her pose on the red carpet in a bright pink bikini with accompanying heels and pink feathered wings.

Prior to this Dragoi also modeled for multiple labels at New York Swim Week.

She took to the runway in an ice-white one-piece for Culture Cabana, and a revealing white one-piece with angelic white feathered wings for Vasaro.

Dragoi also wowed in a purple swimsuit for Origin Of Oceans that showed off her athletic physique.

And in a recent Instagram post, she took the opportunity to reflect on her whirlwind year in a reel looking back at her furious events, captioned: “Opportunities don’t happen, you create them.”

Previously labeled the World’s Sexiest Swimmer, many of the Romanian’s almost 80,000 followers flocked to the comments in response.

One such fan described Dragoi as a beautiful mermaid, while another simply commented with fire emojis.

One of her SJSU teammates, Lais Gasparinii, added: “U are a superstar.”

Dragoi has also dipped her toes into the world of beauty pageants, having won the Miss Ambassador and Miss California US National pageants in 2022.

And her growing name has also led her to the front cover of Style Cruze magazine’s Swimwear Special Edition during the summer.

Dragoi’s days as a model go back four years when she still lived in Bucharest.

She told the SwimSwam podcast in December 2022: “I started modeling in 2019 over the summer right before I moved across the world to study in the United States.

“I went to an agency and did a modeling course with them for one month. They taught me everything I knew.

“After that, I continued having photoshoots and going on TV shows and going on modeling runways.”
