World Athletics Champs halted as pole vaulter Margot Chevrier screaming in pain and given oxygen after horror leg break
THE World Athletics Championships was halted after Margot Chevrier suffered a horror injury.
Chevrier was in action in the pole vault final in Glasgow.

But minutes after the event begun, she broke her ankle following an awkward fall.
She had just cleared 4.55m but was unable to clear the next height on her first attempt.
The 24-year-old screamed in pain as medics rushed over to her.
And she was given oxygen before being carried away on a stretcher.
It has been reported that her “bone was sticking out”.
On Chevrier’s way out of the arena, she appeared to gesture a love heart to fans.
The action was halted for around 15 minutes as she received urgent treatment.
British athlete Molly Caudery is going for gold in the final.
