Who is Rachel Daly’s ex-partner Millie Turner?
Millie is an English footballer born on July 7, 1996.
She has played as a defender for Manchester United since 2018.
She has also had spells for Everton and Bristol City and has been capped by England at youth level.
How long did Rachel Daly and Millie Turner date?
Rachel and Millie started dating in July 2021.
The pair made their relationship Instagram official with a photo of them wandering around Dove Stone in Andreas.
The power duo were often seen supporting each other at their matches.
Their relationship appeared to be going from strength to strength and it was not long before they moved in together.
Following this, they went and adopted a rescue dog called Dexi, who even has its own Instagram.
Their relationship was initially long-distance, but Harrogate-born Rachel moved back to the UK from Texas in 2022.
Why did Rachel Daly and Millie Turner split?
It is unclear when the couple went their separate ways.
However, Rachel began a relationship with Aston Villa teammate Sarah Mayling shortly afterwards.
The pair went Instagram official on December 2023.
Sharing a sweet snap of the two in the garden, Sarah penned: “Tracksuit season.”
Sarah initially re-joined Villa back in 2021.
She progressed through the club’s youth set-up before making the move to Birmingham City back in 2017.
In 2021, she returned to Villa where she has remained since.

What happened to Millie Turner?
Millie was diagnosed with carotid artery dissection – a tear in one of the main arteries between the heart and the brain.
If left untreated, the disease can have life-threatening impacts and can cause a stroke.
Fortunately for Millie, she spotted the signs early.
Six months later, Millie was back in training and said it was an “unbelievable feeling”.

Reflecting on her health scare, she told the BBC: “I was told it can lead to a stroke so I knew it was serious and I had to stop all activity straight away and rest.
“All I wanted to do was play because I felt fine in myself.
“But it’s not like a normal injury, it is something where your health comes first.
“It has been so hard and I struggled a lot because I was left in the unknown.
“I didn’t have a timeframe of how long it would take or whether I would come back.”
“It’s been a tough journey so to get back on the pitch is an unbelievable feeling,” she added.
Who does Rachel Daly play for?
Rachel played in the FA Women’s Super League (WSL) for Aston Villa and the English national team.
She signed a three-year deal with the club on August 9 2022.
She made her professional debut for Villa on September 18 in a 4-3 win over Manchester City, scoring two goals.
On February 7, 2024, Daly was slapped with a three-match ban for elbowing an opponent in the face.
On April 10, 2024, Rachel announced her retirement from football.

memories during my time with England that have been pivotal moments.
“Winning the Euros and then reaching the World Cup Final changed a lot for me, not only as a footballer but as a person. I’m so fortunate that I’ve been able to share that with so many remarkable people throughout my journey.
“I have made special friendships that will last a lifetime. I will be eternally grateful to have been given the opportunity to wear the England badge with immense pride over the past eight years.
“I am very fortunate to have played a small part in making history with the Lionesses and I feel now is the right time to pass on that baton to the next generation and be England’s number one fan from the stands!
