Another weekend has ended, another opportunity to dive into Europe and review the performances of Nigerian players.

Victor Osimhen and Napoli returned to winning ways over the weekend with a 6-1 victory over Sassuolo. The performance was capped with Roma drawing with Bologna to make secure the Champions League ticket. Osimhen scored and assisted in the game.

Simon Moses continued his strong end to the season with a brace over the weekend in France.

Leicester City fell to Spurs 3-1 but that didn’t stop Kelechi Iheanacho from getting on the scoresheet.

Samuel Chukwueze scored his 3rd goal of the season as Villarreal lost again.

From the injury table at Brentford, it seems Frank Onyeka won’t be available till the end of the season. Brentford manager, Thomas Frank revealed Onyeka could be out for a longer time.
