That has led to interest from the Gunners, who also face competition from Premier League title rivals Manchester City.
Wolves, Leeds and Crystal Palace are also keeping tabs, while AC Milan and Red Bull Salzburg have joined the bidding war.
The playmaker put together another scintillating performance on Sunday as he guided Razvan Lucescu’s men to a big 2-0 win against AEK at Toumba.
The Greece Under-21 international set up Khaled Narey’s opener with a fantastic assist after just 14 minutes.
Konstantelias drove the ball forward towards Giorgos Athanasiadis’ box but tripped and lost possession.
After a deflection from Harold Moukoudi, the ball returned to the teenage sensation who was still on the ground.
But the Greek starlet kept it alive and juggled it with three fantastic kick-ups, one of which was with his chest, while his back was still on the grass.
Konstantelias then passed it to Narey on his left and the winger beat Athanasiadis to open the scoring.
Fans were left in awe after that sensational piece of skill and took to social media to praise the rising star.
One fan tweeted: “Giannis Konstantelias with the assist of the season, it’s sealed.”
Another posted: “See what he’s doing in his first year of professional football… Unmuched [sic] talent..”
A third wrote: “Such a great talent.”
