Following Real Madrid‘s 2-0 triumph over Borussia Dortmund, Carragher grabbed Kroos for a word.

The German, 34, finished his club career in fairytale fashion, winning the Champions League in his final game for Los Blancos.

After the game, Carragher quizzed Kroos about what it was like to achieve such a feat in his final game.

Just 100 seconds into the interview, however, Carragher was told to clear off by a security guard.

Despite the stern warning, Kroos decided to stay and answer Carragher’s final question.

Carra went on to post the clip in full, before following up with a screenshot of the moment he was told to get lost.

Opening up on his fairytale ending, Kroos began the interview by saying: “Yeah, it could be worse. That was the plan. It’s difficult to plan this but it’s crazy.

“Even though we didn’t do our best match today it seems in these games we’re not able to lose.”

Further quizzed by Carra over what changed for Real Madrid in the second period, Kroos continued: “We were pretty lucky in the first half… we didn’t do a good game. We changed some things.

“The coach put Jude (Bellingham) right next to me to be a bit more compact and I think it helped.

“After we scored we improved a lot and then there was no doubt anymore, but first half we struggled.”

On what makes his side so successful, he added: “You don’t lose finals.

“That’s a good base to have. It’s crazy when you see our route to the final in recent years.

“It’s about quality of course but the mentality is crazy to even be the worst team and win these games. It’s a lot of believing and I think that separates this club from all the others.”

Kroos then concluded the chat by saying it was “crazy” and “amazing” to have won his sixth Champions League crown.

Carragher was at the match alongside fellow pundits Micah Richards and Thierry Henry, as well as presenter Kate Abdo.

The gang were also joined by Dora the Explorer, who decided to roast them.

At one point the Nickelodeon legend even mocked Henry for “moving on from hair”.
