UFC OCTAGON announcer Bruce Buffer has revealed how he warms up ahead of fights, with porn legend Kendra Lust loving it.

Buffer’s voice has become synonymous with UFC fights, with the legend starting his career with the UFC as far back as 1996.

In a recent clip posted to his Twitter page, Buffer revealed how he gets himself into the suitably named “Bufferzone” before each fight.

He said: “People ask if I rehearse before a show, which I never do.

“I like to warm up in the Octagon to be ready to roar, especially before the Main Events such as here at UFC 288.

“When I’m about to announce our Octagon Warriors I put myself mentally and physically into my own Bufferzone mode to give them all the passion and energy I can to take them to a higher level than they already are while blocking out all around me allowing me to solely focus on the fighters when I go face to face with them looking into their eyes of the tiger.”

In the clip, Buffer can be seen moving from side to side and jumping while moving his mouth and shoulders in order to limber up ahead of his fighter introductions.

Fans loved Buffer’s deep-dive into his routine, including porn star Lust.

She is a well-known fan of UFC and even runs a podcast called Beauty And The Beast alongside UFC fighter Julian Marquez.

Taking to Twitter, Lust simply responded with a “” emoji.

Other fans joined in to praise “GOAT” Buffer.
