The former fighter was supposed to be in attendance for the press conference for his upcoming fight with Mike Jackson.
But instead he ended up in jail after allegedly driving his car the wrong way across an embankment, according to KWQC.
It is believed police had to wake up Miletich once he came to a stop and asked him to put his car in park.
The 55-year-old admitted he had been drinking wine but refused a breathalyser and a field sobriety test.
Miletich was also said to have displayed bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, and unsteady balance.
He has two previous convictions for drink driving – the first in 2019 and the second in 2021.
Despite the latest charge it is understood his return to MMA will go ahead against Jackson.
The fully sanctioned fight takes place on October 14 and consists of three five-minute rounds.
Miletich has more fighting experience than Jackson and boasts a 29-7 record, but he has not fought since 2008.
Meanwhile 38-year-old Jackson, who once beat WWE star CM Punk, has only had four professional MMA bouts.
