And MMA buffs have been praying for McGregor’s return to the octagon that night.
The Irishman, 35, has not fought since losing to Dustin Poirier in July 2021.
He has been locked in talks with White over a comeback clash against Michael Chandler over the past several months.
And although the UFC chief has remained tight-lipped so far, he appears to have revealed the line-up for his company’s 300th event.
Appearing on a video with social media influencer Nina-Marie Daniele, White teasingly showed a board behind him showing a list of bouts dated under ‘April 13’.
The incredible line-up featured clashes between stars like Holly Holm and Kayla Harrison, as well as Charles Oliveira and Arman Tsarukyan.
And the higher up the board went, the tastier the fights became.
It indicated that Weili Zhang and Yan Xiaonan will compete for the Women’s Flyweight Title.

The main event was top of the billing on the board.
However, unlike the other slots, it was left completely blank apart from the letters ‘TBD’.
And many supporters took the secretive main event billing as an indication that McGregor is finally set to fight in the UFC again.
They could soon discover whether that’s the case, with influencer Nina-Marie claiming White would reveal the full list this week, provided her video got 10,000 comments.
One fan said: “They are really doing Conor for a 165 title aren’t they?”
Another declared: “Conor vs Chandler at the top makes sense.”
One noted: “Anything other than Conor would be a disappointment for how much he hyped it up.”
Another added: “It’s obvious that McGregor-Chandler is the main event. Should be announced soon.”
