TOMMY FURY broke his silence after his fight with Paul Bamba was axed to CONFIRM a new opponent and denied missing weight.
Bamba was left fuming after he scaled within the 175lb light-heavyweight limit, while Fury came in at 181.4lb.

And the American ruled himself out after no compromise was met between the opposing camps.
Fury has now claimed he DID make the contracted weight in his agreement, which differed to Bamba’s.
And with just a matter of hours to go, he confirmed he will still fight.
Fury, 23, said: “I just want to come on here and clear a few things up. One contract was given to Paul Bamba, and one contract was given to myself.

“The weight in my contract, I made yesterday so as far as I’m concerned, I’ve done my job. I made weight.
“Paul Bamba does not want to fight, he never did. I’m here in Dubai, I’ve got a new opponent and I’m ready to go.”
SunSport understands Anthony Taylor, 33, was approached to rematch Fury.
Taylor lost to Fury in August 2021 and features on tonight’s card against 2018 Love Island winner and debutant Jack Fincham, 31.

But SunSport understands Fury’s team were uninterested in a rematch with the former MMA contender-turned boxer.
It was later confirmed Fury will remain on the card against 15-1-1 Rolly Lambert, a career cruiserweight.
Lambert, 33, most recently won in October, beating Thai veteran Chaloemporn Sawatsuk, 34, on points.
