AN NFL stadium has been left looking like an ocean after a battering from Hurricane Milton.

The stadium is home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
It is currently being used as a base for first responders after Hurricane Milton made landfall in Florida.
Footage showed water filling the stadium in the middle of the night as winds gusted through.
The Buccaneers are on the road this week with a game against the New Orleans Saints.
Their next home game is scheduled to be on Monday, October 21 against the Baltimore Ravens.
The NFL team will face a cleanup operation to get the stadium ready for their next home game.
But as of now it is being used to provide help and relief to Tampa residents after Hurricane Milton.
The storm was described by President Joe Biden as possibly the worst in 100 years earlier this week.
And it brought huge storm surges and extreme winds to Florida overnight Wednesday.
Dramatic footage also showed nearby Tropicana Field having the roof ripped off.
The MLB stadium is located in St Petersburg, Florida and home to the Tampa Bay Rays.
It is also being used as a hurricane relief center with thousands of beds set up on the outfield.
But it suffered severe damage from the winds and rain Wednesday night.
Hurricane Milton made landfall from the Gulf of Mexico on the western side of Florida, meaning Tampa and the surrounding areas were one of the first hit.
It traveled east across the state and into the Atlantic Ocean.

The Buccaneers traveled to New Orleans early for their NFL game against the Saints this weekend.
The Tampa Bay Lighting NHL team also rearranged their travel plans and fled the region this week.
The team went Raleigh, North Carolina on Monday to prepare for Friday’s season opener against the Carolina Hurricanes.
The Jacksonville Jaguars, meanwhile, were forced to delay their flight to London.
The NFL side face the Chicago Bears at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday.
And they have been forced to rearrange travel plans on Thursday, as well as practice for the rest of the week.
