St Mirren forward Collin Quaner set to make injury return against Aberdeen
SHEFFIELD, ENGLAND – MAY 17: Collin QuanerGerman-born Ghanaian forward Collin Quaner will be making an injury return in St Mirren’s trip to Aberdeen in the Scottish League on Saturday.The 29-year-old forward who joined the Scottish outfit in the winter transfer window picked a knock on his debut against St Johnstone.He has been out with a knee injury but he has recovered and could join the team for the trip to Aberdeen.Quaner moved to Scotland as a free agent after his contract with English side Huddersfield expired.
The lanky forward began his career with Fortuna Dusseldorf before spells with Arminia Bielefeld, Ingolstadt 04, Hansa Rostock, Aaelen and then Union Berlin in Germany’s second tier before moving to England in 2017.
Quaner made 31 appearances in his first season for Huddersfield without scoring and spent part of his second year at Kirklees Stadium on loan to Championship rivals Ipswich Town.
