Spain vs Scotland LIVE score updates as Robertson goes off injured on night of Euro 2024 qualifying destiny
CAPTAIN Andy Robertson has been subbed-off with a shoulder injury in a huge blow for Scotland in Spain.
IT’S been all Spain in Seville on a night of Euro 2024 destiny for Scotland but so far there’s been no breakthrough.
A continuation of the unbeaten qualifying campaign will seal a spot at next year’s finals in Germany.
There was a scare just a minute in as Ferran Torres passed up a glorious chance to give the hosts the lead with Mikel Merino lashing the ball against the post in another major let-off.
There’s also one eye on Cyprus – if Norway fail to win there then Scotland will seal qualification no matter what happens in Seville.
It’s currently 1-0 to Norway, however, with Alexander Sorloth scoring the opening goal.
