Serie A clash CALLED OFF at last-minute due to floods as club now face losing two key players for crunch clash
AC MILAN’S Serie A clash with Bologna has been postponed due to extreme weather conditions.
The two teams were expected to face off on Saturday at the Renato Dall’Ara Stadium.
However, Bologna Mayor Matteo Lepore announced that the game would not be played due to extreme rain and flooding that hit the region in recent days.
Lepore added that heavy rains, which started on October 19, caused landslides, flooding, road closures and some power outages in several areas, the mayor added.
That unfortunate event will have some serious ramifications for Milan, who will be without two key players in their upcoming crunch clash with Napoli.
