Salma Hayek, John Terry and Peep Show star lead celebs at Wimbledon as they arrive to watch Emma Raducanu

SALMA HAYEK and John Terry are among the array of stars that have flocked to Wimbledon to catch the action on Centre Court this afternoon.

Ticket holders today are set to be treated to an exceptional slate of matches in SW19.

Centre Court got underway at 1:30pm with defending men’s champion Carlos Alcaraz‘s fourth round tussle against Frenchman Ugo Humbert.

Second on will be home favourite Emma Raducanu, who takes on Kiwi Qualifier Lulu Sun.

And last on Centre Court will be reigning US Open champion Coco Gauff, with the American battling compatriot Emma Navarro.

Hayek, 57, took her place in the Royal Box alongside husband Francois-Henri Pinault.

Terry, meanwhile, rocked up for a day out at the tennis with wife Toni.

Also in attendance was Peep Show icon Sophie Winkleman.

Best known for her role as Big Suze in the sitcom, Sophia joined royal husband Lord Frederick Windsor.

TV star Mary Berry came along for a super day out, in addition to Pointless icon and author Richard Osman.

Fresh back from working on Euro 2024 in Germany, Gabby Logan joined husband Kenny in the Royal Box.

The stars were also out for Super Saturday yesterday.

As is tradition at Wimbledon, plenty of high-profile names from other sports took their seats in the Royal Box for the first Saturday of the tournament.

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola and former England manager Roy Hodgson were in the house – as was Euro-winning Lioness captain Leah Williamson.

Team GB Olympics heroes Jason and Laura Kenny, Chris Hoy, Adam Peaty, Jess Ennis-Hill, Denise Lewis, Kadeena Cox, Hannah Cockroft and Bethany Shriever also headed to SW19 to catch the tennis action.

While cricketers Ben Stokes, Jos Buttler, Joe Root and Sachin Tendulkar were also in the house.

Legends Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean both watched from the Royal Box.

And Ben Ainslie arrived flanked by his wife Georgie Thompson while rugby stars Gareth Edwards, Lawrence Dallaglio and Alun Wyn Jones united in a blockbuster all-star middle row.

Wimbledon 2024 prize money

PRIZE MONEY for the 2024 Wimbledon Championships is a new record – and puts the grass-court Slam at the top of the tree.

The All England Club will dish out £50million across all the events – an increase of £5.3m and 11.9 per cent on last year, where singles champions Carlos Alcaraz and Marketa Vondrousova picked up £2.35m each.

However, the king and queen of grass this July will collect an extra £350,000 – taking the winner’s earnings to £2.7m.
