PSG ‘pinpoint Harry Kane as their priority summer transfer signing in huge blow to Man Utd’

PSG have reporteldy made Harry Kane their “priority” summer transfer target.

The Tottenham star, 29, is attracting a lot of interest ahead of the transfer window due to his great form.

Manchester United had been tipped to be favourites to sign the England captain.

However, they will now have to fight off interest from PSG, according to Le Parisien.

The French outlet claims that PSG are hoping to sign Kane as a priority with they aim of playing him with Kylian Mbappe.

The Ligue 1 side are said to have “ticked” the striker ar the “very top” of their transfer list.

PSG and Man United have been handed a boost in their pursuit of Kane as Bayern Munich are believed to have ruled themselves out of the race.

Club legend Lothar Matthaus claimed that the Spurs star is “too old and expensive”.

If Kane does not sign a new contract at Spurs, he would be available for nothing in the summer of 2024.

This has sparked speculation over his future and could give Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy a decision to make this summer.

Reports last month suggested that United have even received a boost due to Spurs’ reported interest in their goalkeeper Dean Henderson.
