Novak Djokovic’s team block TV cameras during Australian Open quarter-final with Carlos Alcaraz
NOVAK DJOKOVIC’S camp blocked TV cameras from filming them during his match against Carlos Alcaraz.
The 24-time Grand Slam champion faced the Spaniard in the quarter-final of the Australian Open today.

Djokovic’s wife Jelena and their two kids Stefan, 9, and Tara, 7, were sat in the players’ box cheering him on.
The family area inside the Rod Laver Arena has a camera installed next to the front row to capture their emotions throughout.
But as TV stations cut to them before the match started, viewers got to see the lens being covered up.
Djokovic‘s business adviser Mark Madden was seen holding a sweatband and putting it over the camera.
The decision to block it may have been due to the children being sat front and centre.
This comes amid Djokovic’s feud with Aussie broadcasters Channel 9.
The Serbian icon stormed out an on-court interview after beating Jiri Lehecka in the previous round in protest at presenter Tony Jones.
Jones was hosting coverage last week in front of a group of Djokovic fans when he turned to them and said that their hero was “overrated” and a “has-been”.
He also said “kick him out” in reference to the 2022 scandal that saw Djokovic deported from Australia and banned from the tournament due to him not taking the Covid vaccine.
Djokovic labelled the remarks “insulting and offensive” and claimed they made a “mockery” of his supporters.
Jones apologised on live TV yesterday and insisted the comments were meant as “banter”.
