Netflix cameras BANNED from filming secret Ryder Cup meetings as golf stars vote to block Full Swing documentary makers
USA players have voted to ban popular Netflix golf series Full Swing from team meetings at the Ryder Cup.
The 2021 winners are limiting access for the documentary show cameras for the match against Europe in Rome, starting on September 25.

US skipper Zach Johnson asked for a vote and all his 12 players wanted to keep the meetings secret.
Johnson said: “It was one of those where we all gathered.
“I talked to every individual and laid out scenarios.
“And they all felt like it was best to navigate that week of the tournament in a manner which the sanctity and sacredness of Team USA is preserved. We’re eliminating scenarios.”
Cameras for the second series of Full Swing WILL still be at the Ryder Cup.
But the meeting ban might impinge on how much of the event the documentary makers choose to record.
Seth Waugh, CEO for the PGA of America, said: “All things involving the team we leave to the team and the captain.
“I think there’s a sanctity to the team room, and the experience is important to them. It’s part of being a team, right?”
But he added: “Netflix has been great for the game. They’re doing great things.

“The team collectively decided there are areas of privacy that need to be respected.”
