MMA star loses by TKO for throwing up BLUE LIQUID mid-fight as commentator says ‘I’ve never seen that happen’

MMA star Kafele Mensah lost his fight against Josh Spatz by TKO after throwing up mid-fight.

The American took part in an amateur preliminary light heavyweight bout in Nebraska on Friday.

Mensah even came out on top in the opening exchanges before unexpectedly falling ill.

The fighter appeared dazed after coming out of a clinch with Spatz and was helpless in trying to prevent himself from vomiting in the octagon.

A blue substance came spewing out of his mouth on the canvas as the referee immediately called a halt to the fight.

Spatz was awarded the TKO victory – the first of his MMA career.

A commentator reacted saying: “I’ve never seen that happen.”

Fans were also taken aback by the incident as some showed sympathy for Mensah.

One reacted saying: “Poor guy!”
