Van Gerwen currently sits top of the 2024 Premier League table with 15 points, ahead of Luke Littler in second who has 9 points.
World champion Luke Humphries did manage to knock the Dutchman out early in the last round.
But Van Gerwen might have a newfound confidence when he sports his new shirt design on Thursday night in Brighton.
The latest jersey features a slightly more neon version of green, and ditches the ‘MG’ logo that previously featured on the front.
It also adds a black panel to make up half of the back of the shirt, with a complimentary black line trimmed next to it for a sleek effect.
The MG logo and his name are also larger on the back.
The stamp of his new luxury hotel sponsors Kempinski is attached to both the front and back.
And the seven-time Premier League champion sort feedback when he asked his X followers: “How do you like my new shirt?”
