Match ball for Champions League 2024/25 season unveiled as Adidas hailed for creating ‘instant classic’
FOOTBALL fans have labelled the new Champions League ball an “instant classic” after Adidas unveiled it ahead of the 2024/25 competition.
Uefa revealed photos of the white ball on Wednesday, with the design accented by “subtle turbo red and solar yellow” to give it a “modern” look.

Another change is the stars on the ball connect from tip-to-tip rather than the off-set pattern which has been used for the previous five seasons.
It also includes new Adidas technology which can “improve precision and swerve”.
And it is safe to say football fans are happy with the fresh design.
Reacting on social media, one said: “Adidas should sponsor all football events from now on.”
Another replied: “An instant classic. A fantastic ball that represents the true meaning of the Champions League.
“This is the kind of ball that makes those Champions League nights magical from the moment the ref picks it up and places it on the centre circle.”
A third responded: “Wow looks so nice.”
And a fourth said: “This is classic.”
