Man Utd announce Rasmus Hojlund is OUT of Nottingham Forest clash just minutes before releasing team news
RASMUS HOJLUND will not be able to add to his first Premier League goal against Nottingham Forest as he is out with an illness.
The Manchester United striker scored the winner in the 3-2 comeback victory over Aston Villa last time out.
Rasmus Hojlund is out with an illness
It was his first domestic goal of the season after failing to score in 14 league games.
But Hojlund won’t be able to get another tonight against Forest as he is not feeling well.
Man Utd bizarrely released the news minutes before the starting XI was announced.
Antony comes in to replace Hojlund.
But it is likely that Marcus Rashford will start through the middle instead of the Dane.
Erik ten Hag has praised Hojlund yesterday in his press conference.
The manager said: “I have to repeat myself but I trust him, I knew he could [score in the Premier League].
“His goals in the Champions League and in Denmark showed what he did as a young player in Austria, in Italy and he is a very strong character.

“But, of course, this goal will give him confidence and belief that he is going to score and he is going to score more goals from this point on, I am sure.”
Man Utd remain without Casemiro, Mason Mount, Tyrell Malacia and Harry Maguire as they are all out injured.
Ten Hag expects the quartet back by mid-January.
