MANCHESTER UNITED are to set sell another academy graduate this summer, according to reports.

The Manchester Evening News reported that the Red Devils have agreed a deal with Dutch team FC Groningen for Noam Emeran.

Emeran, 20, had a stunning pre-season but is being allowed to depart Old Trafford to begin his senior career elsewhere.

United fought for the winger back in 2019 as he was linked to European giants Juventus and Paris Saint-German.

The former France U16 international has since scored a memorable goal against Leeds during United’s pre-season in Oslo this summer.

His performance attracted many loan approaches from across Europe.

But a permanent switch to Groningen is thought to be the best option for Emeran.

United have included a sell-on clause in the deal meaning they will profit if the Dutch side sells him.

The youngster started his career with Belgian side FC Brussels before joining the Entente SSG academy.

In 2017 Emeran joined the French side Amiens and remained at the Unicorns until 2019.

Since joining United in 2019 he has scored seven goals in 36 appearances for the U21 side.

Emeran has never made a senior Premier League appearance for Erik Ten Hag‘s side.

He is the latest youngster set to leave this summer as midfielder Charlie Savage exited for League One side Reading.
