Leeds rocked just weeks after Premier League relegation as star striker ‘tells club he wants to leave’

LEEDS have suffered another blow just weeks after being relegated from the Premier League.

Dutch winger Crysencio Summerville, 21, enjoyed a breakthrough season with the Yorkshire club.

Crysencio Summerville has reportedly insisted he wants to leave Elland RoadRex

He contributed four goals and two assists, but failed to prevent them dropping back down to the Championship after three years in the top flight.

And according to Dutch outlet 1908, he has made it clear to Leeds he does not want to remain at the club following their relegation.

Summerville, who joined Leeds for £1.3million, is understood to be the subject of interest from several sides.

One of those is Eredivisie champions Feyenoord who sold him to Leeds back in 2020.

Manager Arne Slot has confirmed he is staying with the club despite interest from Tottenham.

And Summerville may feel the opportunity to return to a league-winning outfit is an enticing one.

But Everton are among a number of Premier League sides also keeping tabs on the forward.

This puts Leeds in a strong negotiating position despite their relegation.

And they are understood to be demanding £10.3m for the attacker.

Leeds are still without a head coach following Sam Allardyce’s departure at the end of the season.
