The blonde bombshell revealed on Friday night that she’s been using a sauna to recover from her gruelling workout regime.

Simmons shared a post of her toned legs as lay on the sauna bench with the accompanying caption “recovery time” with her million followers.

The Floridian followed that up with a video of herself fidgeting in a barely-there bikini as she sat in the roasting room.

Her accompanying caption read: “I’m always so fidgety in the sauna.”

Simmons rose to fame during her time on Marshall University’s volleyball team and has since become a successful model.

She regularly shares snaps of her saucy shoots on her social media pages.
