Jurgen Klopp confirms FIVE stars are ruled out for Carabao Cup final with Chelsea as Liverpool injury crisis worsens
JURGEN KLOPP has confirmed five stars that are ruled out for the Carabao Cup final against Chelsea.
The injury crisis has deepened at Liverpool after Diogo Jota and Curtis Jones were forced off Saturday’s 4-1 win over Brentford.

The Reds squad is running low ahead of their trip to Wembley on Sunday in their pursuit to grab their first bit of silverware of the season.
The likes of Jota, Jones, Trent Alexander Arnold, Alisson Becker, and Dominik Szoboszlai will all be sidelined for the game.
During Klopp’s press conference for Wednesday’s Premier League clash against Liverpool he said: “Diogo Jota’s knee issue, ruled out — with him, it will take more than a month.
“Alisson with a muscle injury, ruled out.
“Curtis with a bone ligament issue, ruled out.
“Trent and Szoboszlai, not ready yet.
It has been reported that both Jota and Jones will be unavailable after undergoing initial tests on their knee and ankle injuries respectively, ruling them out of a quick return.
Alexander-Arnold sustained a knee injury during the victory over Burnley on February 10.

While shot-stopper Alisson was ruled out of Liverpool’s win at Brentford due to a muscle injury sustained in training.
The Brazilian keeper hoped that he could be between the posts for the final, but his injury has delayed his comeback by another month.
And Szoboszlai suffered an injury during the win over Chelsea on January 31, following a hamstring issue.
