Jermain Defoe’s ex Donna claims love letter PROVES he was having affair with Alisha LeMay during their marriage

JERMAIN Defoe’s lover allegedly scribbled him a love letter that his heartbroken ex-wife later found squirreled away in a cupboard.

Defoe, 40, met Donna, a Glasgow-based beautician, in January 2021 at a charity do when he was playing for Rangers.

Seven months later he proposed at a £2,500-a-night Glasgow hotel before marrying in a lavish £200,000 ceremony at Cliveden House, Berks, in June 2022.

But just one month into the marriage, the ex-Spurs ace messaged a 40-year-old nurse begging for sex in the back of his Range Rover.

And by January this year, Defoe was secretly seeing Love Island wannabe Alisha, 31.

A month later, Defoe whisked the influencer off on a Valentines holiday to Dubai – with Alisa flooding her Instagram with snaps from the trip.

But ex-Donna says she has “proof” the pair’s affair was raging during her marriage to the vegan footballer, who is a practicing Roman Catholic.

In an explosive post on Instagram, Donna says she stumbled across a 40th birthday card to Defoe from Alisha as she cleared out a cupboard at home.

The card reads: “Hard work, Happy 40th Birthday my gorgeous, i’d bake you a cake if if i knew how to use the over can’t wait to do life with you.

“Love you more than selfridges, leesh xxxx.”

Defoe turned 40 on October 7 last year, suggesting he was cheating just months after he tied the knot with Donna.

Donna added: “This is the card she sent to my husband who I just married – marriage is meant to be doing life with someone.

“I had no proof to back up my suspicions, but the more desperate she got the worse she got and eventually I got my proof.”

While saying the affair is “no woman’s fault”, Donna blasts Alisha for “tormenting” her with games “almost every day since August”.

These include social media posts of Alisha appearing to wear the tracksuit Defoe dons to train Spurs academy players.

Alisha allegedly shared the snap a day before Donna met with her husband in London.

‘TAUNTING’

In another cryptic Instagram story, blonde Alisha posts a selfie from a car, captioned: “Um obviously I know I am the better option.”

Donna even alleges the influencer sent Stormzy’s “I Got My Smile Back” as part of the “taunting” campaign.

The Scottish beauty goes on to claim she shouldered “homewrecker” Alisha’s alleged relentless barrage despite having never met her.

And in a scathing takedown of her love rat ex – who she subbed out in February – she accuses Defoe of putting her “through hell”.

She slams the cheat for upsetting not just her but her entire family and 360 wedding guests for his extra-marital antics.

She adds in the post: “I don’t do drama or like to air my dirt laundry in public but it comes to a point you need to stand up for yourself and the one you love because enough is enough!

“I’ve got a good heart, but I’m certainly not weak.”

Defoe, known for his charity work, has previously been dogged by cheating rumours — including on his singer ex Alexandra Burke.

He was also accused in 2017 of causing the break-up of radio presenter Ben Weston’s marriage, months after he bought a hot tub from his saleswoman wife Sally.

Defoe denied any wrongdoing.

His agents have been approached for comment.
