Inside World’s Strongest Man hopeful Louis Jack’s insane body transformation as Highland Zeus adds 85lbs of muscle

WORLD’S Strongest Man hopeful Louis Jack has risen up the ranks in the sport over the last few years.

Having only entered the Strongman scene in 2018, the Scottish star, 32, is already established as one of Britain’s strongest men.

Nicknamed the Highland Zeus, as per Giants Live, Jack is originally from Dornoch in Scotland.

Having worked on bodybuilding prior to Strongman, he made the jump to amateur competitions in the Spring of 2018.

Just two years later, Jack entered his first professional competition, finishing sixth at the U.K.’s Strongest Man.

The following year he won his first Scotland’s Strongest Man title, before entering the big leagues in 2022.

Jack came fourth at his first Strongman Champions League event in England, while also coming tenth at the Arnold’s UK, and competing at the Giants Live World Tour Finals.

In 2023 he reached his first Britain’s Strongest Man finals and came second at the SCL in England.

All in all, since starting Strongman, Jack has gone from 250 to 335-pounds.

In training, he has reportedly deadlifted 893-pounds, squatted 750-pounds, and bench-pressed 529-pounds.

Jack’s best competitive lifts include a 397-pound log lift, 926-pound silver dollar deadlift, a 231-pound dumbbell press, and five Atlas Stones in 23.91 seconds.

And the key to the now two-time Scotland’s Strongest Man’s success has seemingly been consistency.

“It’s a lot of consistency,” Jack told Hostile Strength in 2022.

“Keep coming, keep training, keep eating, keep doing all the correct things that you should do consistently,” adding that “A good steady home life is definitely a benefit.”

Looking ahead, Jack is aiming to make it to the top.

“I don’t doubt that I can win Britain’s Strongest Man at some point,” he said.

“I don’t doubt that I can go to World’s Strongest Man and we’ll increase the goals once I get there. But I don’t set a limit on what I can do and achieve it’s gonna happen at some point.”
