‘I don’t think anyone has it’ – Ronnie O’Sullivan slams snooker tour and claims nobody can keep up with his standard
RONNIE O’SULLIVAN has blasted the snooker tour by claiming that no one can handle the pressure.
The seven-time world champion eased into the quarter-finals of the UK Championship on Tuesday after a comfortable 6-0 win over Zhou Yuelon.

The Rocket‘s 24-year-old opponent scored just 81 points throughout the match as the World No.1 breezed into the last eight.
O’Sullivan remains on course to win his eighth UK Championship to go with his seven Masters titles and seven world crowns.
At 46-year-old, he’s still regarded as the best player on the planet, even though he recently claimed he shouldn’t be playing because he doesn’t take it seriously enough.
And O’Sullivan took a swipe at some of his younger rivals after his whitewash by saying they can’t handle the big occasion.

He said: “I don’t think anyone has (it). There’s definitely not a Stephen Hendry or a John Higgins in my book.
“Some people do it in spells, but to maintain it, it’s not easy.
“I never had a problem with crowds and the bigger the occasion the more I liked it.
“If you can’t handle it you’re going to struggle.

“I think it’s in your make-up, you’re born with the love of pressure and the love of big occasions.
“You can’t teach that, you’ve either got it or you haven’t.”
O’Sullivan will continue his pursuit of a 22nd major title against either Ding Junhui or Jamie Clarke in the quarters later this week.
