TEMPLEGATE tackles Tuesday’s racing confident of banging in a few winners.

MR JETMAN (2.25 Ripon, nap)

He was a great third on return at Musselburgh and bettered that when third when a narrow second over track and distance last time. He was too keen that day but saw out this trip well. Talented claimer Brandon Wilkie takes over and he can double his career tally.

TAILORMAN (5.00 Ripon, nb)

Has been beaten by a neck and a head in two of his three starts at the two-mile distance. Most recently, he bumped into a progressive one when second at Pontefract. He’s totally unexposed as a stayer and kept on the same mark as last time, he can deservedly get off the mark.

BRAES OF DOUNE (3.40 Musselburgh)

Was given too much to do at Ayr last time but he somehow surged home to win a shade cosily. He’s only 2lb higher and he should get another red-hot pace to chase. He’s deadly consistent and if getting the breaks, he can go back to back for Jim Goldie.
