FALLEN ANGEL (3.40 Newmarket, nap)
She first caught the eye when winning the Sweet Solera Stakes here in August by an easy three lengths. As good as that was, she left the form behind when winning the Group 1 Moyglare at The Curragh in September. S
he tanked along before hitting the front two furlongs out. The way she fought back once headed in the closing stages was impressive and she was going away again at the line. This extra furlong should be ideal and she’s won on fast and slow ground.
SIMPLE STAR (2.05 Hamilton, nb)
Simple Star may have just needed the run when collared on the line at Musselburgh last time out. The handicapper has been fair with a 2lb rise in the weights and this longer trip is right up his street.
NEW LONDON (3.00 Newmarket, treble)
New London enjoyed this trip when a good third in a Meydan Group 3 last time. His last handicap run saw him score here and his class can take him close. Intinso has been going well on the all-weather over 1m4f and this stiffer stamina test could bring improvement.
