Hailey, 21, wore a glamorous outfit, but the BBC pundit and tennis star was less than impressed.
Kyrgios posted on social media questioning her appearance.
He wrote: “No correlation between fame and actually being decent at something anymore.”
However, Hailey has not let the jibe get to her as she does not “understand” why people have to “hate”.
She told TMZ: “Let me put it this way, I don’t wake up and hate on anybody else.
“I don’t understand why people do that, at all.
“I mean, they have their own opinion, they’re entitled to it, I don’t care.
“If they wake up and feel that way then so be it. I’m not concerned about it.”
Hailey shot to fame for a street interview earlier this year in which she produced her now iconic catchphrase.
She has already started doing some good with her new influence and has made donations to animal shelters in Nashville.
Hailey has also enjoyed some of the limelight and hung out with stars such as NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal.
In her latest public appearance, she watched on as Paul dropped Perry three times on his way to a round six victory.
She instantly fell in love with boxing as she hailed it as “badass” on Paul’s post-fight podcast.
