Graham Potter SNUBS Premier League managerial return as former Chelsea boss weighs up next move
GRAHAM POTTER has reportedly snubbed a return to Brighton.
Potter, 49, was under consideration for the role following the exit of Roberto De Zerbi at the end of the season.

He has been out of work since being sacked by Chelsea in April 2023.
However, despite being in talks over a return to the Amex, where he managed between 2019 and 2022, Potter has opted to close the door on that avenue.
According to Sky Sports, Potter enjoyed his time working with Seagulls bosses during his previous stint at the club.
Potter is also said to have understood the feelings behind the fans reaction after he departed to take over at Chelsea from Thomas Tuchel.
He also feels the Brighton managerial position is great for any manager to take over.
But he does not feel it is right for him at this moment in time.
Potter has not been short of options while out of a job, previously turning down offers from Leicester, Lyon, Sweden and Ajax.
Brighton chief Tony Bloom and technical director David Weir are understood to be leading their recruitment process.

However, SunSport understands that Potter was never the club’s No1 choice.
Instead, Brighton are considering making St. Pauli boss Fabian Hurzeler the youngest manager in the Premier League.
The 31-year-old earned promotion with the German side to the Bundesliga after winning the Bundesliga 2.
He joined the club as an assistant in December 2022 before becoming the interim and later permanent boss.
While he is considered the leading candidate for the vacant position, there are concerns over whether he meets the criteria for a work permit
Hurzeler is on a final shortlist alongside Malmo’s Henrik Rydstrom to replace De Zerbi.
Brighton previously held interest in Ipswich manager Kieran McKenna, but he signed a new deal with Town to see off interest from the south coast side, Chelsea and Manchester United.
