Ghanaian youngster Ernest Boahene makes Metz senior debut in Coupe de France win
Ghanaian youngster Ernest Boahene has made his senior debut for FC Metz in their Coupe de France victory over Amiens SC on Wednesday.Boahene was handed his very first start for Metz by manager Frederic Antonetti for the clash against the French Ligue 2 side.The 20-year-old was substituted after 33 minutes and was replaced by Fabien Centonze after picking a knock.Metz recorded a 2-1 win over the Amiens to progress to the next round of the competition.Boahene joined Metz in December 2020 on a six-month deal with an option to extend at the end of the season.
