And given his rocky relationship with Erik ten Hag, supporters think the writing is on the wall.
One fan wrote on X: “Anyone else realise that Sancho isn’t even on the bench. His career at Man Utd is over.”

Chelsea are preparing to offer United two players and a transfer fee to sign Sancho, according to sensational reports in Germany.
The forward, 24, spent the second half of last season on loan at Borussia Dortmund after a falling out with Ten Hag.
He returned to Old Trafford in the summer and featured off the bench last weekend in the Community Shield defeat to Manchester City.

But now he is being linked with a shock move to Chelsea as the new campaign is set to get underway.
According to German publication Fussball News, the Blues are willing to offer a fee and two academy players in a deal for Sancho.

They are also open to the idea of loaning him with an obligation to buy.
This would include Chelsea paying his salary during the loan stint.
Sancho would be the Blues’ 10th signing of the summer and add to the £160million they have already spent in the window.
He had been linked with a switch to Paris Saint-Germain before the move broke down and the Ligue 1 champions turned their attention towards Rennes man Desire Doue.
