Manchester City are looking to defend their crown after beating arch-rivals Manchester United in last year’s final.
Ilkay Gundogan fired Pep Guardiola’s side to their second FA Cup success in five years en route to their historic treble.
The Cityzens beat Huddersfield 5-0 and squeezed past Tottenham to reach their fifth-round tie against Luton Town tonight.
And Betfair think they are most likely to clinch the trophy again at odds of 9/5.
Premier League leaders Liverpool are available at 16/5 to win the tournament in Jurgen Klopp’s final season in charge.

The Reds secured the first piece of domestic silverware this season when beating Chelsea in the League Cup final at Wembley in extra time.
Liverpool knocked out Arsenal in their opening round before hammering Norwich, and will need to overcome Championship promotion hopefuls Southampton to reach the quarter-final stage.
Last year’s beaten finalists and 12-time winners of the FA Cup Manchester United are next at 8/1 ahead of their trip to Nottingham Forest.
Newcastle and Chelsea are available at 9/1 and 10/1 respectively, although Mauricio Pochettino’s Blues will have to break their record of SIX consecutive FA Cup and Carabao Cup final defeats to scoop the prize.
Betfair spokesperson Sam Rosbottom said: “Manchester City are the 9/5 favourites to win the FA Cup ahead of their fifth round match against Luton at Kenilworth Road on Tuesday night.
“Jurgen Klopp will be hoping to make it two from two possible trophies after winning the Carabao Cup and Liverpool are the 16/5 second favourites to lift more silverware.
“The Reds are closely followed by Man United, 8/1, and Newcastle, 9/1, while Chelsea are 10/1 to win a first trophy under Mauricio Pochettino.”
