FANS believe Eden Hazard has “still got it” after he returned to a football pitch.

The Belgian was back in action just days after announcing his retirement last week.

Hazard admitted “you must listen to yourself and say stop at the right time” as he confirmed his career was over.

However, he made a return on Wednesday as he played in a charity match in France.

The 32-year-old scored and provided an assist for Le Varietes Club de France against Team Calais.

Hazard wore the number 10 shirt as he converted inside the penalty area with a neat finish.

The star-studded match in Calais raised funds for the Yellow Pieces charity, which helps children and teenagers in hospital.

As well as Hazard, Didier Deschamps, Robert Pires, Christian Karembeu, Yohan Cabaye and Mathieu Debuchy also featured.

After seeing the former Chelsea man’s performance, one fan commented: “He’s still got it.”

Hazard’s brother Thorgan has already revealed he will not become a manager after fans had speculated he could go into coaching.

Supporters were unsure what his next step would be after Hazard hung up his boots.

He has ended his 16-year career after 622 club appearances for Lille, Chelsea and Real Madrid, scoring 167 goals and adding 157 assists.

Hazard also won 15 major trophies, including five league titles and the Champions League.

For Belgium, the winger scored 33 goals in 126 caps and played at five international tournaments.
