Now McGregor, who is preparing for his UFC return following the broken leg he suffered against Dustin Poirier last year, has dropped a hint he could face Hatton.

It came as he responded to a tweet from the ex-light-welterweight and welterweight world champion’s agent that highlighted a number of fans wanting a showdown between the pair.
