‘Come to Man Utd, we’ll treat you better’ – Fans can’t believe what Gerard Pique did to Frenkie de Jong and girlfriend

MANCHESTER UNITED fans have had some fun telling Frenkie de Jong to join after Gerard Pique appeared to disrespect his girlfriend.

The Red Devils were heavily linked with a move for De Jong last summer but the Barcelona star was not interested in a switch.

United even reportedly had an offer for the Dutchman accepted but De Jong refused to switch.

Erik ten Hag could try to sign him again in the summer and fans are still keen for the move to happen.

And many have told De Jong he will be well taken care of after footage emerged of his ex-Barca team-mate Pique appearing to disrespect him and his fiancee Mikky Kiemeney.

An issue arose between the pair after Pique refused to move out of his seat to allow De Jong to sit next to his partner.

De Jong and another individual could be seen asking Pique to move but the former defender remained stubborn and dismissed their request rather aggressively.

De Jong, 25, then glanced behind at Mikky with a quizzical look on his face, as if he could not believe what just happened.

Mikky then turned to the camera with a glaring look on her face.

One fan reacted to the video by jokingly telling De Jong to move to Old Trafford.
