CHELSEA have announced the signing of Diego Moreira from Benfica.
The Portugal under-21 star made two first team appearances last season having featured mainly for Benfica’s B team.

He is currently on international duty in the European U-21 Championship.
Chelsea were linked with the winger earlier in the season but the official announcement of the deal has shocked some fans.
