Champions League side ‘transfer list ENTIRE SQUAD’ in huge boost to Premier League clubs
A CHAMPIONS LEAGUE side has been forced to make its entire squad available for transfer.
Despite playing in the biggest club competition in world football, one team has reportedly racked up an enormous debt, forcing to put every player up for sale.
Sevilla have been forced to list their entire squad on the transfer market
It comes after they won the Europa League last season
According to Marca, Sevilla have declared that every player will be allowed to leave for the right price.
The La Liga club managed to win the Europa League last season, but despite their success they are said to be in almost £80million worth of debt.
The huge financial problems were reportedly the reason behind sporting director Monchi’s departure from the club.
He has recently been announced as Aston Villa’s new president of football operations.
The news of the sale will surely be music to the ears of Premier League clubs as they look to bolster their squads this summer.
And with Villans boss Unai Emery having been in charge of Sevilla for three very successful years, the West Midlanders could be one of the clubs to benefit.
Big names such as Ivan Rakitic and Erik Lamela could be of interest to top sides whilst they’re available.
Sevilla’s star striker Youssef En-Nesyri may also be the target of a few clubs after his impressive campaign.
