Bodybuilding legend Dave Kalick dies with heartbreaking tributes pouring in for muscle coach to top champions
BODYBUILDING legend Dave Kalick has died as heartbreaking tributes pour in for the beloved coach.
Kalick was described as a coach, brother, best friend, mentor, and much more in the heartfelt messages posted online.

The coach has received heaps of tributes since his passing from fellow bodybuildersInstagram
Kalick played an instrumental role in training athletes through their time out of competition and keeping them in great shape.
He also worked on improving their skills for elite level competitions.
Dorian Haywood sent a heartfelt message to his former coach saying: “Dave Kalick was my coach, brother, my best friend, my mentor, and much more.
“Dave was known for his love for bodybuilding, heavy metal music, dogs, his wife Victoria, & devotion to his clients.
“Dave is one of the most compassionate people I’ve ever met. The way he would pour his heart and soul into helping clients and friends is of such high character that it’s a rarity in modern society.
“He had morals and values that shined through his tough muscular exterior to reveal a soul that’s pure and caring and spread positivity and happiness to those he cared for.
Over the course of his long career in bodybuilding, Kalick looked after elite athletes across various categories.
These included the Men’s Open, 212 Bodybuilding, Classic Physique, Figure, and Women’s Physique.
He also worked with people who became champions in the Arnold Classic and Mr. Olympia.
Ron Harris also left a lovely message for the icon saying: “This is awful news. I will miss talking and hanging out with Dave at shows.
“Such a good guy.”
Kalick’s cause of death is yet to be announced.
