Manchester United vs Fulham betting tips
The games keep coming thick and fast for Manchester United after their European exploits.
Marcus Rashford was on target again as the Red Devils cruised into the quarter-finals of the Europa League with a clinical victory over Real Betis.
Erik ten Hag’s side advanced as 5-1 winners on aggregate and now focus their attentions on a domestic cup glory.
The treble is still alive with United having already secured the Carabao Cup, and Ten Hag will NOT be taking this one lightly.
The Dutchman will field his strongest starting XI with the majority of his players heading off for the international break.
Meanwhile Fulham have absolutely nothing to lose and are also able to field a full-strength starting XI with their top-flight status already preserved.
It took a 90+3-minute winner from Alejandro Garnacho to win the league fixture at Craven Cottage earlier this season.
The Red Devils have won the FA Cup 12 times, only Arsenal have won more (14)GETTY
Home comforts…
The Red Devils have been sensational on home turf.
The Club have only suffered two defeats all season at Old Trafford, and their current run has seen them win 18 of their last 20 in all competitions.
They’ve scored 2+ goals in 16 of their last 17 at home, with the exception coming last weekend against Southampton with Casemiro sent off in the 34th-minute.
They also boast a terrific head-to-head record against Fulham at Old Trafford — winning four of their last five meetings.
Though they’ve enjoyed a great season, Fulham have suffered a bit of a wobble in recent weeks, winning once in their last four and conceding SIX in their last two.
Our tip: Manchester United to win and Over 3.5 goals scored at 11/5 with Ladbrokes
Like a rash…
It would take a brave person to bet against Marcus Rashford in his current form.
The Red Devils attacker has bagged 19 goals since the World Cup break, and registered yet another in Thursday’s 1-0 victory over Real Betis.
No United player has had more efforts on goal in the Premier League this season (69) with Rashford averaging a shot every 30 minutes.
Our tip: Marcus Rashford first goalscorer at 13/5 with Ladbrokes
Fulham last reached the FA Cup final in 1975, losing 2-0 to West HamGETTY
Yellow warning…
Andreas Pereira will be desperate to make an impression on Sunday, and the Brazilian midfielder is known to be a touch overzealous when he’s fired up.
The former United star has received seven bookings this season with the majority of those coming away from Craven Cottage.
No other Fulham player has committed more fouls than Pereira this season (32) and only Joao Palhinha has more cautions (10).
Our tip: Andreas Pereira to be booked at 6/4 with William Hill
