THE Australian Open is heading into its final stages with the semi-final stages now set in both the men’s and women’s competitions.
Spanish sensation Carlos Alcaraz – who has won both Wimbledon and the US Open in the last 18 months – is OUT after losing to Alexander Zverev in the quarter-final.
The German will face Daniil Medvedev, with heavy favourite Novak Djokovic facing Jannik Sinner in the other semi-final.
