Stuart Hogg pulls out of hosting hometown club’s anniversary dinner after flaunting new ‘sexiest jockey’ girlfriend
RUGBY rat Stuart Hogg pulled out at the 11th hour of hosting a dinner celebrating the 150th anniversary of his hometown club.
The 31-year-old ex-Scotland captain was due to be a master of ceremonies at last Friday’s bash honouring Hawick RFC, where he started his professional career.

He has been enjoying romantic dates with the former jockey
But he did not attend the event in Roxburghshire after news broke the day before that he had gone public with TV host Leonna Mayor — days after his wife gave birth to their fourth child.
A source told The Scottish Sun: “It would have been asking for trouble — a heckling disaster.
“It wasn’t clear whether Stuart was dropped by organisers or he made the decision himself. Either way he didn’t appear.”
Hogg, 42, had flogged items for the dinner’s charity auction on his Instagram stories last Tuesday as he prepared to take to the stage in front of a 600-strong crowd with fellow ex-Scotland star Rory Lawson.
It is understood his wider family also backed out from the glitzy ticketed event, with Hogg instead spending the evening with three of his children.
We told last week how Hogg, now a rugby pundit, had flaunted new flame Leonna, 32, on a romantic trip to a spa days after estranged wife Gillian, 36, gave birth to a baby girl.
The Hoggs married in 2016 and split around six weeks ago.
Gillian is said to be heartbroken at how quickly Hogg had gone public with ex-jockey Leonna, who was dubbed the “world’s sexiest” rider by a magazine in 2013.
She now works in TV and is a regular on Sky’s At The Races.
