Zuckerberg’s injury will inevitably delay a fight that he had scheduled for early in 2024.
He shared snaps from his hospital bed on Friday and told his 12.6 million Instagram followers that underwent successful surgery on his left leg.
“Tore my ACL sparring and just got out of surgery to replace it,” Zuckerberg wrote.
“Grateful for the doctors and team taking care of me.
“I was training for a competitive MMA fight early next year, but now that’s delayed a bit.
“Still looking forward to doing it after I recover.
“Thanks to everyone for the love and support.”
Zuckerberg has been cage-fight training since 2020.
In July, he was seen training with UFC stars Israel Adesanya and Alexander Volkanovski.
