Five next fights for KSI after first ever loss including Tommy Fury rematch and bitter Jake Paul grudge match

KSI suffered his first boxing defeat on Saturday night as he endured a majority-decision loss to Tommy Fury in Manchester.

A closely-fought contest saw fans arguing the case for both fighters before the judges scorecards were revealed.

But Fury edged it despite having a point taken off during the contest as he claimed a second YouTuber scalp following his win over Jake Paul.

So where does this leave KSI‘s boxing career?

Well, in truth, the internet sensation still has a host of options when it comes to future opponents.

Here are five fights KSI could choose to take next.

TOMMY FURY

It remains to be seen whether Tommy Fury will want to rematch KSISplash

Perhaps the most obvious next step for KSI would be a rematch with Fury.

Given the controversy surrounding the result, fans would definitely be interested in seeing the two rivals run it back.

However, Fury may feel the risk is not worth the reward as KSI proved a tougher test than many thought.

It is not known whether there was a rematch clause in the contract for their original fight.

JAKE PAUL

KSI and Paul have had a fierce rivalry on the internet for a number of years.

A fight between the two remains perhaps the biggest money bout for both of them.

And it also has the added spice of Jake’s brother Logan being in business with KSI – the pair owning the energy drink Prime.

Jake bounced back from a defeat to Fury with a win over Nate Diaz last time out.

Could now be the time that the two online sensations finally meet in the ring?

CONOR McGREGOR

The longer Conor McGregor‘s absence from combat sports goes on, the better chance many will give KSI to beat the former two-weight UFC world champion.

McGregor has re-entered USADA’s drug testing pool as he eyes a return to the octagon – with Michael Chandler heavily linked as his first opponent back.

However, with the Irishman now 35 years of age, a bout with KSI could offer him his biggest possible payday.

Would he be tempted into a crossover clash with Britain’s biggest YouTuber?

FLOYD MAYWEATHER

It may seem a ridiculous proposition to suggest KSI could step into the ring with one of boxing’s greatest fighters in Floyd Mayweather.

But since his final pro contest in 2017, Mayweather, 46, has turned his hand to staging a host of exhibition contests.

He has already faced KSI’s business partner Logan and his brother Deji.

Could KSI be next?

Joe Fournier

Businessman Joe Fournier is still calling for a rematch with KSI after their controversial fight back in May.

KSI initially won by second-round stoppage, before the result was later changed to a no contest after it became clear an elbow had caused the KO.

Fournier wants a second chance at beating the YouTuber, although it seems unlikely he will get it.
