Her podcast describes her as being “on a mission to find secrets for Monday motivation from some of the most successful sports men and women of our time”.
Fans have speculated that the podcast will see Woods talk about her new relationship with former Love Island star Adam Collard after the pair made things Instagram Official.
Fans on Twitter were devastated by the event with one tweeting that the experience as enough to make him “have a break down in Tesco.”
Collard and Woods went very public with their romance as she posted a video montage of their time together – which they had previously kept a secret.
But the videos were soon deleted, leading to speculation that the video was either uploaded in error or the presenter got cold feet about going public with her new beau.
The Sun first told how they were seeing each other last month as they enjoyed a series of low key dates together.
They then headed for a romantic break in Cornwall, giving away the biggest clue they’re an item.
Laura even gave at sneaky look at Adam in one photo, writing: “Great company recommended too.”

The two also reportedly went for a date following Newcastle’s 4-1 thrashing of PSG.
The two’s calendars aligned nicely as Woods was presenting coverage of the game in her role as TNT Sport’s main host.
Collard was also there to watch his local team play in what was one of the club’s most historic nights in its history.
