BOOKIES have revealed a very cheeky 50-1 Frankie Dettori retirement special that’s sure to ruffle a few feathers.
The world’s most famous jockey announced this morning he is in fact not retiring and staying in the saddle for another year.

He will race in the States as he aims to fulfil a lifetime ambition and win the Kentucky Derby.

As it stands, Dettori‘s final race in Britain will be next Saturday at Ascot’s Champions Day.
But Betfair make him just 1-8 to be back at the track next June for the Royal meeting.
To ride at the 2025 Royal Ascot is 6-4, only marginally smaller than the 2-1 for him to win next year’s Derby.
The biggest odds of 50-1 though are for him to ride at Listowel next year.
Michievous bookies Betfair have had fun with this one – after a row over how much he was going to be paid saw Dettori pull out of racing at the Irish track earlier this year.
Dettori had agreed in 2022 to compete at the track’s big Harvest Festival but had to miss it due to being banned.
He agreed to race again this year as part of his global farewell tour.
But when talks came to cementing his spot, organisers were shocked to find Dettori had put up his fee.
One report claimed Dettori had originally a fee of around £3,500.
But that had reportedly rocketed to the £15,000 number when negotiations reopened.
Former racecourse boss Pat Healy, who led the talks, said: “I’m afraid we’ll have no Frankie Dettori in Listowel this year.
“It’s unfortunate, but if I’m to be honest, Frankie had one price and we had another price which we agreed last year.
“Of course, last year he got suspended after riding in Germany and couldn’t come, but he promised that he’d come this year.
“Unfortunately, we couldn’t meet in the middle, so that’s why Frankie didn’t come to Listowel.”
