All Home teams record wins on Match Day 26 of Bet Pawa Premier League
All home teams won their respective matches on match day 26 in the BetPawa Ghana Premier League. A total of 25 goals were scored in all nine matches.
King Faisal recorded an important win over Dreams FC at the Kwame Kyei Stadium in Abrankese. This win becomes their 3rd consecutive win in the League which sees them moving to 11th position.
Meanwhile, Medeama are now positioned at the second spot of the league log after they pipped Karela United by a lone goal in the Western Regional derby.
Playing away from home due to home ban, league leaders Aduana Stars also maintained their lead after struggling to secure a one goal win against Accra Great Olympics. Aduana now has 47 points with Medeama following closely with 3 points difference.
The Alieu Mahama Sports Stadium in Tamale recorded 11 goals haul from two matches. There was a harvest of goals when Real Tamale United destroyed Goldstars by 5-1 score line. They are the team with most goals scored on match day 26.
On Saturday, Bechem United were pushed a step further to third position on the log after falling to Tamale City. The mouth-watering game also recorded 5 goals with the host winning 3-2.
The poor away performance of Kumasi Asante Kotoko were deepened when they were embarrassed by Berekum Chelsea. At the Golden City Park in Berekum, the porcupine warriors lost 3-0. The match was played on Friday as the first of the match day 26 games.
Samartex also won by a single goal against Accra Lions in Samraboi as Legon Cities deepened the relegation woes of Kotoku Royals. The Accra based club beat the Akyem lads 2-0.
Accra Hearts of Oak were the last home team to win after accounting for Nsoatreman FC at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday evening. They won narrowly by 2-1 score line.
